Download Link Validity

Important Information:

Download links are valid for 10 days from the date the email is sent
Each link can be used up to 10 times
After 10 days or 10 downloads, the link expires

External backup drive

Download Link Expired?

If your download link has expired (after 10 days), contact us through our contact form. We will provide a new link.

Note: While we're happy to help, we encourage customers to download immediately to avoid this issue.

Technical Download Issues?

If you're experiencing technical problems downloading:

Check your internet connection

File Won't Open?

If the downloaded file won't open:

Re-download the file

If the file appears corrupted, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Lost Your Downloaded File?

If you've lost your downloaded eBook and your download link has expired:

Search your computer for the filename

If you truly cannot locate the file, contact us through our contact form. We will review your case and may provide a new download link as a courtesy.

If you order multiple books in one transaction, you will receive:
